Preparation Before Class

  • Hydrate throughout the day
  • Drink at minimum 1 Liter of water a couple of hours before class
  • Come to class on an empty stomach, no food at least 2.5 hrs before class
  • Wear light stretch breathable clothing
  • Bring or rent towel and mat
  • Water and coconut water available for sale
  • Arrive 20 minutes before class
